By signing the consent form and agreeing to receive phone communications, you have consented to receive SMS messages regarding updates, events, appointments, and reminders as part of the Program. These Terms and Conditions outline how we use SMS messaging and your rights regarding these communications.
2. MESSAGE FREQUENCY
As part of the Program, you may receive SMS messages from the Courtois Team related to updates, events, appointments, and reminders. The frequency of these messages will be limited unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. OPT-OUT
You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by: Contacting us at 514-934-1934 ext. 38106 or emailing ccvs@muhc.mcgill.ca to request removal.Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-contact us.

We respect your privacy and will never share or sell your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes. Your information will only be used for communication as outlined in these Terms and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. COSTS & FEES
The Courtois Cardiovascular Signature Program does not charge for SMS messages. However, standard text messaging and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan.
6. SERVICE AVAILABILITY & LIABILITY
We strive to ensure reliable SMS delivery but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for:Delays or failures in message delivery due to carrier issues. Messages sent to incorrect or outdated phone numbers provided by users.Any charges incurred due to SMS communications.
7. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
The Courtois Cardiovascular Signature Program reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our SMS service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
