14. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT

These terms of use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec. License agreements governing your use of third-party items on the Site may contain provisions requiring the involvement of foreign courts for the resolution of disputes related to these agreements. When you receive information from a third party, a logo or other indication appears to allow you to identify it.

15. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRETY
